I had Javy Baez going yard yesterday. Tiger's up 3-1 with 2 outs in the 9th and he's down 0-2 in the count....and ends up going yard. 700 dollar winner.

Tigers about to be 25-13 with a +83 run differential.....best in the league by over 20 runs. And somehow Cleveland is just 2.5 games back with a -14 run differential.

RIP Chet Lemon....that one hurts a little.

I was at the Angels-Tigers game over the wknd and saw a splatter of Tiger fans wearing jerseys from the 80s Detroit teams that took me down memory lane so I tried reciting that lineup off the top of the dome and was in rare form

Lou Whitaker
Allen Tramell
Kirk Gibson
Darrell Evans
Lance Parish
Chet Lemon
Larry Herndon
Gary Ward
????

Who am I missing, or misplacing?

I refuse to look it up

5 innings after 38 in the regular season. But I guess when the Mets have injuries it is just bad luck?

Bro he threw 5 IP in the regular season. FWIW yes, Senga is a high-level injury risk, but the Mets threw him out last year basically as an opener gimmick. He did not pitch the entire year and wasn't ready but the Mets were playing with house money.
