Monday: push
Tuesday: pull
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: calisthenics/cardio

So much better than isolating each muscle group.

I had a nice p/p/l split I was doing Mon-Sat that I’d love to get back into, but right now I’m enjoying cardio and it’s kind of an either/or thing with me. I’m too wiped from weight training to fit in cardio and vice versa.

Is that like the Chuck Norris thing? I had to google what it is lol. I wanna eventually start buying home gym equipment… I have a small unused guest house in my backyard that I was thinking about converting to a gym once I get the extra money.
I did the PRX setup in my garage. Set me back about 5k but I love that o can fold it up, it only sticks off the wall about 8". I have a treadmill and a TV out there so I can hit my workouts year round. I usually do compound exercises 4x a week, a cardio day, and some stretching the other days. It was spendy but damn do I love not having to drive to a gym or share equipment.
Really nice setup dude. I wanna save my pennies and splurge on a Jacob’s Ladder eventually.

Those look pretty brutal, but fun. It's nice that it doesn't eat my whole garage but I can still get most workouts in. I have a trap bar, and a curl bar as well. But it's probably time I switch the routine I'm feeling a bit stagnant with it rn.
