Today is the day KUB, that you read the "FORBIDDEN Chapter" (Isaiah 53)
Ever wonder why rabbis say Jews they will cursed if they read Isaiah 53? It's because they know it portrayed the coming Messiah -- Yeshua Hamashiach, Jesus Christ.
Come to Messiah, Jesus. There is no one else it can be. The description is clear as day. It is the Christ!
Isaiah 53:1–12
Who has believed what he has heard from us?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
2 For he grew up before him like a young plant,
and like a root out of dry ground;
he had no form or majesty that we should look at him,
and no beauty that we should desire him.
3 He was despised and rejected by men,
a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
and as one from whom men hide their faces6
he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he has borne our griefs
and carried our sorrows;
yet we esteemed him stricken,
smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions;
he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
and with his wounds we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
we have turned—every one—to his own way;
rand the Lord has laid on him
the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted,
yet he opened not his mouth;
like a lamb that is led to the slaughter,
and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent,
so he opened not his mouth.
8 By oppression and judgment he was taken away;
and as for his generation, who considered
that he was cut off out of the land of the living,
stricken for the transgression of my people?
9 And they made his grave with the wicked
wand with a rich man in his death,
although he had done no violence,
and there was no deceit in his mouth.
10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to crush him;
he has put him to grief;
when his soul makes an offering for guilt,
he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days;
the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
11 Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied;
by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant,
make many to be accounted righteous,
and he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong,
because he poured out his soul to death
and was numbered with the transgressors;
yet he bore the sin of many,
and makes intercession for the transgressors.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

You need scripture BAD. Especially at your age pushing 300 lbs. Get saved now and go to heaven for eternity. sure beats burning in hell. It's only through Jesus Christ that you may be saved.

Jews don’t read Isaiah 53 or Daniel 9. Those scriptures prove not only the time of the Messiah but that the Messiah would die for the sins of the nation.

Yep, they won't touch Daniel, either. Doesn't that tell you something? Yet Jews like Kub keep their heads in the sand. Conversely, that's how I know I'm on the right page...if they are against it, it must be right (concerning God/Jesus). They are blind.AtiliusRegulus wrote: ↑Sat Mar 16, 2024 9:47 amJews don’t read Isaiah 53 or Daniel 9. Jesus called them out for not knowing the signs of His coming. They had Daniel's 70 Weeks Prophecy which foretold exactly when the Messiah (Jesus) would come--the Essene calendar truly pinpoints the exact year of Christ's death, too. Even the Magi knew when to expect Jesus.Da Stars. wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 1:31 pmSo tell me boy, why the Jews don't except Christ as there Savior. But the Pharisees/Saccades, and the willful blindness on part of many normal every day Jews of that time led to a false understanding to who Jesus was and got Him killed for it.
Then they basically sealed the deal at Jesus' trial when they begged Pontius Pilate to release Barabbas instead of Jesus. Exclaiming, “His blood be on us and on our children!” That sent a curse down to this very day.
Many Jews do turn to Christ, and will turn to Him in the tribulation. KUB can turn now if he wanted to but much like the Pharisees of his day, his love for the teachings and traditions (torah) of men is much stronger.

It wasn't that they wanted Barabbas set free because he was a good man. He was a despicable criminal in their eyes. It was just that they were so hellbent on having Jesus crucified it didn't matter who was set free. Just as long as Jesus died.Da Stars. wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 11:18 pmAnd why did the people of Israel want Barabbas over Christ?CleveTown™ wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 11:06 pmJesus called them out for not knowing the signs of His coming. This story of Barabbas, the true criminal (sinner) being set free and the innocent one (Jesus) paying the price was type or shadow of our relationship with Him today. We as sinners ARE Barabbas. But Jesus is the one who pays for our sins. We deserve death much like Barabbas did, but Jesus took it instead.
