Are you driving or flying. If driving, what route do you take?LNS wrote:I haven’t experienced an Idaho winter yet, but that’s part of what is stopping me from making a move up there. I hate the cold... and that seems COLD. Plus my brother in law is living up there too (he’s never going to move out I swear), and he claims that they kinda hate Californians because they’re basically invading lol. I go up there soon so I guess I’ll find out what the score is.Kingcarl24 wrote:You could possibly buy a home twice as big as your current home in Nampa for the same price as your home in California.LNS wrote:
I think visiting it will be fine... but my wife loved the area when she and the kids went up there a few months back, and she kept trying to talk me into moving over there. I told her if she could find a job out there then we would consider it, but honestly I knew that she’d try for maybe a month and then get frustrated and give up, and sure enough she stopped bringing it up around October.
Idaho winters suck though. I have a brother that lives in Idaho Falls which is east Idaho and their winters seriously suck.

We’re going to drive but I have no idea on the route yet. My wife is terrified of flying lolKingcarl24 wrote:Are you driving or flying. If you're driving up I-15 through Utah, you'll pass no more than 5 minutes from my house. Stop on by and I'll have the Mrs. make some dinner for you and the fam.LNS wrote:We’re going to drive but I have no idea on the route yet. Sometimes, Karl's toxic masculinity is out of control. You're going to make her make him dinner?
Like men can't cook, too? Like all women should be barefoot and pregnant and in the kitchen? What's wrong with you?!?!?

Not going to anyone’s house because I know some a-hole will give thanks to Biden for being president

Very kind of Carl and his 50 wives to offer to prepare a meal for LNS and his family at his own house.

Wow, Karl has been within 5 minutes of me before during a non-pandemic holiday and didn't even try to link up. Not gonna lie, this one hurts boys.

I literally lived 2 - 5 minutes away from Bush. I'm 99% certain we were at the same health club at the same time. Multiple times.
And we never linked... nor hooked... up.
Talk about missed opportunities.
