lol.

For reals? How?

BYU football sucks balls!
BYU has figured out that if they only play crappy football teams, they look really good.

Apparently, I was far too obvious with my bait for Karl to fall for it.

[Note: Besides... the claim is wildly inaccurate... even though the NBA ratings are plummeting. By the way, Sunday night football was down 20% this week. We'll see if it's a one-week blip or the nature of sports in 2020 amid a pandemic.]

Any news yet on the change to the salary cap for the upcoming season(s)? What an incredibly rude awakening free agents are going to be in for...

I've watched about 15 minutes of the Finals. The most basketball I've watched in two years.

Wasn't that always assumed to be the case?

I thought the social messages were part of the agreement made exclusively to get the players into the $180M bubble the NBA created.

I guess it wasn't assumed by Rachel Nichols, or others?

:L

Will China allow NBA to display social messages on the courts when the league moves to Beijing?

Yeah. I have no idea why Rachel Nichols thought it would be here to stay. It was specifically part of the unique bubble negotiations.

Will the players try to incorporate it into the new CBA? I dunno. But I doubt it.

I still haven't watched since the Blake incident. Not surprised to see it tank.
