So, talking to everyone in Clevetowns little conversation made me wonder, do yall make your kids believe what you believe no matter what? Untill like 18, can they only believe what you believe and like what you like?

How do the rest of you handle big things like religion?

well, you can't "make" your kids believe as you. But you can offer it though. I want my daughter to come to Christ naturally and without any prompting. All I will do is tell her the way to Heaven to be with Jesus and she will have to make that decision to entrust her life to Christ, believe He died for her and rose again herself. That is up to her. I can't make her believe that.

Yes alpha males command. When you're paying the mortgage,buying food,Nintendo switches,Mario karts and 3ds, you have every damn right to command and have your command obeyed. And their inheritance is also tied to them maintaining Christianity.
If they don't like it, they can leave and repay me for all I've invested in them, 5 times over.
My house is not a democracy nor am I raising my kids to be democrats.
When they have their wives and kids i expect them to command like alphas.

I run my house hold to where what I say is law, but in the same moment, I give my kids a chance to do what they can to help the house hold. They have to contribute I have to take that into consideration cuhs they cant factually work a day job. Get good grades and do what I tell u. If you feel a certain way about some shit, im willing to be wrong. Belief comes from the heart, not from a weak ass contract. Kids like that will never think for them selves or will do everything to later spite you and become the disappointment you dont want.

Ive watched it happen. Dads who have disappointments and those kids never come around anymore.
