It appears the trend is that you play in a weaker conference, get more wins, and move up in the rankings. Outside of Syracuse, you've got the leader of a weak Pac-12, SEC, Missouri Valley, Mountain West, and Big East (all in that order).

I don't buy into that. You can believe that, that's fine. I respect Coach K and Duke as a program, but I think they've under delivered considering their talent.
