Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

Is the Justin Fields project a scrap? Or keep him and trade down again for another haul on top of what they got in last year’s draft trade.

Yes, in his “prove it” year he threw for 2500 yards and 16 tds and was bottom 5 in just about every QB metric.

He’s ass. Passing on a QB in a QB heavy draft when you have the 1 pick would be boycott worthy.

I think Williams will be meh.
I would trade that pick for a bunch of draft capital or an impact player

Probably, I have no faith bears will be able to develop any of the QBs projecting to go round 1.

Especially since Bears seem to be hellbent on making the same mistake a 3rd time by bringing in a rookie QB to a coaching staff destined to be fired after year 1.

But you can’t bring Fields back who is certifiably ass.

What you are proposing will only work if they plan to grab a Cousins or Mayfield in free agency. Which I wouldn’t 100% be opposed to.

I agree with Shill. Caleb isn't all that.

Keep Fields and trade back to get a receiver.

Marvin Harrison Jr is the best player in this draft anyway. If you can get him at 3rd overall after trading back then do it.

I disagree with both of you. Williams will be an absolute stud in the NFL, and he’s got the tangibles to do it with a mediocre to average o-line.

Dude’s a man, I’ve seen nearly every game he’s played the last 2 seasons. He’s it.

I don’t watch college football so have no real opinion if Caleb is it or not

But I do know in 100 mothafockin years Da Bears have maybe 1 QB if you count Sid Luckman from the 40s…

Fields is straight dogshit though. Not sure what people see in him besides the fact he busted a couple 60 yard td runs last year in garbage time.
