Yao, Eaton, Smits, Sampson, Poppa Sabonis, & Porzingis were all taller than that 7'2" NBA "marker", had decent careers but were also very injured. But for every one of them there's a Tacko Fall, a Keith Closs, a Hasheem Thabeet, a Priest Lauderdale, etc. And Wembanyama's already missed plenty of time with varies fractures.
His wingspan is ridiculous though.

I admit I had no idea who he was until I saw that video by Jimmy What's His Face on YouTube.
He seems crazy agile and coordinated for a 7'3", maybe 7'4" guy. With skills to boot. Basically Chet+++
