Post by thedangerouskitchen »

As I said several times... NO excuses for Joker. He can put up all the (inflated) stats he wants, nut until he proves he can win consistently those are just empty stats (like Oscar, LeBron, etc).

Discuss how this truth makes you feel...
"Today's NBA is soft, the Defense is weak, and the rules 'really' favor the Offense."

"Lebron doesn’t guard for a full game and our game plan was to get him to play defense and he left me open all game."

You have stated that Scottie Pippen is a top 50 all time player.

Jokic has never played with a top 50 all time player.

Michael Jordan never won anything without playing with a top 50 all time player.

Rings without a top 50 all time player:

Nikola Jokic: 1

Michael Jordan: 0

(Kobe Bryant: 2)

Not to mention Phil Jackson, Dennis Rodman, and all the other HOFers and the weak expansion era, cocaine era etc etc

True. And that supporting cast got even stronger during the second threepeat.

Picture Joker having 2 other team mates that had played together with J for 6 seasons before entering the 7th without him. Picture those same team mates adding a point guard that entering his fifth season playing with two other starters for now 5 seasons. Picture, J wining 3 straight championships. But please carry on.

So far ITT we've learned:

1991 Pippen: 17.8 PPG on 52%/32%/71% = Elite superstar / Top 50 all-time
2025 Murray: 21.4 PPG on 48%/40%/88% = Rotten tomato-can
2025 Porter: 18.4 PPG on 51%/40%/75% = D-League scrub

As noted... Joker has NO excuse for not winning a Championship this year, ESPECIALLY since he won one a couple years ago with these same two tomato-can d-leaguers (who are putting up even better Scoring/Shooting numbers this year than 2023).

:omg:

Discuss why this fact bothers some people.

Joker lol. Let’s worry about top 10 players only. Joker isn’t part of this conversation.

No, he isn't... you're right. I just find it amusing that several 'geniuses' on the board like to pretend Joker is surrounded by scrubs.

Imagine Jordan surrounded with as much Offensive firepower as Jokic has around him... Mike would never lose a game.

Those guys on this board are clowns. So many of them are blinded by analytics and think that’s the gospel, it’s pretty fucking hilarious.

Here checking in on the amusement of some of the posters here. Of all the boards I’ve been on the idiotic takes here might be the highest percentage I’ve seen, especially when it comes to LeBron. Just glad other boards at least have some brains.

Your hero, TDK, thinks Jamal Murray is a more valuable teammate than Scottie Pippen.

And you have the audacity to call other people's takes idiotic!

Again, the Michael Jordan-less Bulls won 55 games the year after he quit. If you think this Nuggets squad could win even 35 games without Jokic, you'd be a moron.

They didn't replace MJ with Clyde Drexler. It was Pete freaking Myers. The 3 stooges - TDK, Deez and Xero. Too funny.

Pete Myers started 81 games that year.

57 wins with Michael Jeffrey Jordan.....55 wins with Peter Eddie Myers.

Gotta love it when TDK smashes his Haters in the face with stone-cold facts that they simply canNot refute... and instead of acknowledging their stupidity they lie, deflect, twist, and name-call like a bunch of little sissies.

But regardless... the FACT remains Joker has Not 1 but two (2) teammates who are better Offensively than Scottie Pippen circa 1991.

BTW... another fun fact:

2025 Nuggets = 92.4 PPG without Joker's Scoring
1991 Bulls = 78.5 PPG without Jordan's Scoring

As noted... there's simply NO EXCUSE for Joker this year, although the BWGC sissies will surely come up with several (if he doesn't lead this Offensively STACKED Nuggets team to a Championship this season).

Yes. There are numerous idiotic takes from LeBron fags here. I wasn’t debating about pippen ans Murray try again, chubs
