Derrick Rose is retiring
Is he going to make the Hall of Fame?
Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

He's going to put the "MVP = HOF" correlation to the test.
I would personally not vote him in.

I don't think he deserves it either but based on the previous HOF entries it feels like a safe choice that he will.

The BEST Bulls player in the past 26 years could not measure up to LeGOAT's pinky toe.
Sad.

Re: Derrick Rose is retiring
I guess because of the MVP but I dunno. He didn’t have a HOF career IMO.

Through their first 4 years (before the injury) Rose was actually more accomplished than LeFraud... each with 3 All Star selections, each with a ROY, Rose with 1 MVP to LeFraud's 0.LeBronMonsterDunk wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 10:56 am The BEST Bulls player in the past 26 years could not measure up to LeGOAT's pinky toe.

CLEARLY Rose was on-pace to become the face of the NBA before the injury.
Facts.

So overrated. And despite TDK's Chicago bias, he was never worth one fine hair on LeBron's ass.

Lebron did shit on Rose’s head in the POs though.thedangerouskitchen wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 11:17 amThrough their first 4 years (before the injury) Rose was actually more accomplished than LeFraud... each with 3 All Star selections, each with a ROY, Rose with 1 MVP to LeFraud's 0.LeBronMonsterDunk wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 10:56 am The BEST Bulls player in the past 26 years could not measure up to LeGOAT's pinky toe.

3-time All-Star
1-time All-NBA (1st team)
1-time MVP
ZERO Finals appearances

Re: Derrick Rose is retiring
Are we really pretending Rose was the best player in 2011?
Dude was 9th in PER, played on a team that was +7/100 possessions with him off the court (see below), and shot 35 percent in the most critical playoff series, and like 25 percent when guarded by Lebron.
He was probably somewhere in the 5-10th range that year. He got MVP strictly from being the best player on a stacked team that won a lot of games.

Jordanesque hops, Jordanesque quickness, Jordanesque footwork, Jordanesque athleticism, Jordanesque finishing ability... youngest MVP ever.

Crazy how much cognitive bias rules TDK, no matter what the subject. He's actually probably worse than Artie. Just nuts.

That’s a good point, actually. He was very autistic or had some kind of social awkwardness going on.Shill Jackson wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 11:31 am Not a chance he’d be the face.

Rose was clearly AND easily the most "valuable" player in 2011... only a bush-league level hoops fan would disagree.Bush4Ever. wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 11:25 am Are we really pretending Rose was the best player in 2011?

I stated nothing but facts ITT, meatball... besides, you're a Canadian Cuck so you know nothing about hoops. Stick to discussing Hockey, Ice Fishing and Moose Hunting._Vcsgrizzfan_ wrote: ↑Thu Sep 26, 2024 11:33 am Crazy how much cognitive bias rules TDK, no matter what the subject.
