Seems like the financial analyst that I recently hired has some Hollywood credits to his name.
I usually have my team do the first round of interviews even selecting the candidate and then I would do a last courtesy interview to see if said candidate passes the sniff test.

It works well because you’re almost guaranteed to have a team player.

Well this young guy knocked it out the park. I then did some more snooping and saw him on IMDb with a couple of acting credits.

I will ask him why he left that career to do real estate finance
