Oh ya. Add harden to the listElJorge wrote: ↑Sun Jul 07, 2024 5:53 pmHe said he’d take a paycut for Klay or a “high impact player”. Who else was there? James “washed up” Harden? Most of those signs & trades would’ve required sending players out coupled with picks. Not worth it for a 34 year old Harden or a 35 year old DeRozan.elartman1973 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 07, 2024 5:44 pmNo. This summer. All rejected lebron despite him personally calling and taking a paycut.ElJorge wrote: ↑Sun Jul 07, 2024 5:42 pm
100% incorrect
Only recent player was Klay. Lakers weren’t about to overpay for DeRozan lol. CP3? Where would the Lakers even get the cap space to sign him? We’re already right at the second apron. Zero cap room to do anything other than a sign & trade.
And Kawhi was back in 2019 so who even cares? Poor guys knees are ready to explode at any time. He makes Issacs look healthy.
Now lakers trying to trade players...kuzma is the goal
The Magic literally did what the Lakers did lol… just resigned a bunch of players already on the team. Although you did overpay for KCP

What's funny is the Lakers turned down DeRozan. Guy was so deadset on being a Laker he went on vacation without even speaking with any other teams
The only guy who actually turned down the Lakers for equal money was Kawhi but as we all know that was a huge blessing in disguise, Lakers won a title and Kawhi fell apart. Otherwise everyone that the fat, autistic cuban is naming got paid multiples of what the Lakers could have offered. Harden got $35m AAV lol. Lakers couldn't have afforded any of these guys and even with a LeBron paycut and a sign-and-trade where DLo was traded Klay would have still needed to accept less money with higher taxes to be a Laker.
The Lakers get more for less. The Magic get less for more and max out every single free agent they have after losing to the Cavaliers in round 1.
There's levels to this lol

Magic paid market price for all their players and team friendly deals across the board.. magic lost in 7 games due to nothing other than lack of experience and lack of home court and still won 3 times more games than the lakers with 2 hall of famers did.
Magic best player is 21. You acting as if this is the finished product and thier peak only proves you know nothibg at all about the nba or the magic. They are better than the lakers is a fact
Accept it and let it go. You're tdk level obsessed. Have some pride and digity and stop embarrassing yourself
