You're 100% correct and it was VERY predictable to those of us who understand baseball. The more retarded among us were gleeful and giddy over this development because they are too stupid and ignorant to know how many pitchers in recent years have hurt themselves throwing new curves, sweepers and sliders designed to maximize RPM.
I understand the Braves and their pitchers better than they do. But luckily they brought in an iron man innings eater in Chris Sale to prepare for this possibility
