I trust Hillary about as far as I could throw Arty, but there are antibiotics which have a "stay out of the sun" rule. I don't know what side effects are caused by sun exposure with those, but it could be related. Or just the fact that she's got pneumonia and is old. It's been known to take down much younger people than Mrs. Clinton.
