Official AG Fantasy Basketball Thread
I thought we should have one. I'm kind of disappointed though, I thought you guys would be more into this league and talk about it more.
Anyway, Kobeunderbite likes to jump on any player I drop, he likes sloppy seconds, Abe is completely useless when it comes to anything fantasy related, and this is my first year doing this and I am beasting. What does that tell you?
Im thinking of offering Blake Griffin and Larry Sanders to GAskill's team. I dont even know if he posts here anymore, but it sounds like a fair deal to me

who has been your best FA pick up off the wire this year?
Mine is Isaiah Thomas, its like I got a free 2nd rounder.
Worse mistake was trading Serge.

that's right and I will protest you from ever entering another one of our leagues. You are a horrible fantasy player and didnt set your starting lineups so that privilege was rightfully stripped from (thanks fpliii) you. You quit on fantasy pick em too. You just suck at participation. you're selfish.Max wrote:I remember you bitching like a little bitch bitches when I was in the league.

how are you liking your pickups in PG and Iblocka? I see both, right on schedule, started to beast when I let them go. Makes me sort of sick.Jordan420Bulls wrote:Better than losing your 1st rounderCleveTown™ wrote:who has been your best FA pick up off the wire this year?

Question: Would you have accepted PG and Larry Sanders for Conley and Cousins back then when the trade was proposed to you? Be honest.

I would have settled for Boogie and Conley for JUST PG....CleveTown™ wrote:how are you liking your pickups in PG and Iblocka? I see both, right on schedule, started to beast when I let them go. Who was/is Max's team...?
Re: Official AG Fantasy Basketball Thread
Yes. Haven't lost a matchup in over 5 weeks. I purposely drafted youth with Harden, Lillard, Jennings, and Hibbert, although I did lose Ryan Anderson.CleveTown™ wrote:am I playing you this week? Sucks Cousins is missing tonight but shouldn't effect the overall matchup

Seriously? Well that makes me a little better. I didn't propose Sanders and PG for Conley and Cousins because I didnt want to look cheap so you wouldn't get stingy. I thought it was fair, maybe slightly in your favor, but I was desperate for a point guard. And I love Cousins, such a beast with good steals and he is starting to block now which makes up for losing Ibaka a bit.Jordan420Bulls wrote:I would have settled for Boogie and Conley for JUST PG....CleveTown™ wrote:how are you liking your pickups in PG and Iblocka? I think I am 22-3 in my last 3 weeks....being healthy for once has been nice....I see Noah is sick and may sit tonight now.Buckets wrote:Yes. Haven't lost a matchup in over 5 weeks. Yeah Lillard is going twice for your team this week I believe so that helps me a bit.Buckets wrote:Yes. Haven't lost a matchup in over 5 weeks. I hate those "sick" absences. I hated to let Boogie go for sure.....save 3's, he's a monster.....usually durable as well.CleveTown™ wrote:Seriously? Well that makes me a little better. Yup, cause I have IT2 and have watched Cousins all year and kind of coveted him, so when I saw you had him I thought let's do a blockbuster trade.Jordan420Bulls wrote:I hated to let Boogie go for sure.....save 3's, he's a monster.....usually durable as well.CleveTown™ wrote:Seriously? Ibaka has had a couple 5 blk games though. AS SOON as I let him go. Seriously before our trade he was good, decent, but nowhere near the level he's playing at. He may cool off soon. But when he is not rebounding he's blocking, when he's not blocking he's scoring 25 points and grabbing 10 boards. You always get production from him.
PG will cool off too. Have you noticed how he doesn't even get involved in the game until the 2nd half?
