With hashbrowns it's gotta be scrambled. With toast and a pork chop or steak, that egg better be runny like a muahfuggah. If in a soup, I like to throw the egg into the boiling pot and cook inside the soup. With steamed hot rice, I like to separate the yolk from the egg white and dump the yolk by itself onto the bed of rice and mix then blend it with soy sauce.
