The drug issue is due to an act passed by a GOP congress. They could have enacted a reform at anytime, even when Dems were in control. So far, crickets. They never will, because they drink from the pharmaceutical teat.
The across state lines idea doesn't fly, because it would allow insurers to be shielded by law in the state they reside in, and make it much harder for the consumer to fight or sue.
He mentions repealing the affordable care act, but make no mention how that will affect those with pre-existing conditions.
The block grant to states is to allow them to block birth control for religious reasons. Then it will go to court, where it will lose.
