While I don't agree with the morality of his lawsuit, I'm certain a lot of people or even posters here would file a lawsuit if they had reasonable grounds under current laws to try and re-claim $40 million that was once owed to them under contract.

He really doesn't have a choice. He was probably cashing tomorrow's checks today, not to mention the shitload he owes in alimony. He knows he'll get slammed for trying to recoup what he can, especially after going out this irresponsibly and humiliating. I know if there was a chance for me to legally retain any of that, being in his shoes, I wouldn't give two shits about what they're saying about me on social media.

He was in charge of young men, their future and their health.
He repeatedly showed up drunk. This isn't the 70s, action had to be taken.

Seems goofy to me. At what point does one have to accept a little personal responsibility. Have we set the bar that low??
