I'd say that 72 is definitely possible now. It means winning 50 more out of 60. Not likely maybe, but definitely possible.
Their o/u to start the year was 60.5. can't seem to find current odds.

If they stay healthy, they've got a great chance to tie or break that record.
As a hoops fan, I'm enjoying it. Grizz don't have a prayer anyways...
As a hoops fan, I'm enjoying it as well.

As a Spurs fan, I'm hoping the good guys in silver and black can throw a spike strip in front of the runaway Warriors.

Why does everything need a label? It would depend on the circumstances. Shit happens sometimes and very inferior teams occasionally win 7 game series. Think back to the 2007 Mavs losing to a very flawed GSW team because Baron Davis and a few other Warriors had out of body experiences. Next round, they were back to being the shitty Warriors but it was too late for MVP Dirk and his Mavs.

I really think that the Spurs are the only legitimate threat. Sometimes shit happens (see my post above) but I really don't see it this year.

You have a great point. But greatness in sports is defined by championships. :suds:

To be in the conversation for greatest team ever, you absolutely have to win the ring. That's a definite. I'm just saying it wouldn't necessarily be a choke job if they lost. Sometimes, shit just happens.

I think they've got a shot. With Leonard and Green, they've got the perimeter defenders to at least harass Curry/Thompson. They can match the Warriors' depth. They've got the edge in coaching. And this year they've gone throwback, grind-it-out defense-first ball. Big frontcourt. We shall see.
