My brother is all giddy over this, being a Diamondbacks fan. I don't follow baseball at all, so to be honest I'm not sure I've ever heard of Greinke.

Cy young winner in 2009. Lowest era this season of any pitcher in a long long time. But hes 32.

From another board I post on......Nick Piecoro, who would know if anyone knows, says it's $206Mm with some of that deferred. He's said that the Giants offered the exact same amount, and added the 6th year at the end, but Greinke chose Arizona because of the state 4.54% in Arizona rather than the 13.3% in California, adding just under 10% total value to the deal.
