He wouldn't cuck himself for a corrupt government which is why Superman fans hate the way he was treated in the Dark Knight Returns. Superman above all else is altruistic, blindly obeying some government figure head for the sake of respecting appointed authority is not who he is just like letting Pa Kent die for the sake of keeping his identity a secret is not who he is.

Well I'm referring to the 'corrupt' government in TDKR which most believe serves as the inspiration for this film, in which the government orders Superman to stop Batman because he is embarrassing them by maintaining peace in Gotham as the rest of the USA falls apart due to an EMP. I don't think any other depiction of Superman would follow those orders TBH.

Superman would not allow a Muslim in the White House, to answer your question.

Superman I and II were two of the greatest movies ever. When the proper Superman tone is captured, Superman is great, in any form of media.
