I honestly don't know. I've been just doing cardio as of late.

If I had to guess though each would be at least a few tons.

I only do one armed kettle bell swings. My max is 175 lbs. I'd rather do the reps; currently doing 300 reps (each arm) every other hour at 100 lbs.

Doesn't sound pleasant but it appears the benefits are working if you're putting up around 500 to 500+ for most lifts.
