I've also done very well on real estate and stock investments over the last few years. I owned a 2600 sq foot house from 2009-2015 that I rented out, then sold for a profit. Honestly.....the look on the servers face is hilarious when they realize I paid exact change, or wrote "$0.00 " on the tip line. It's just funny. I'll compliment them on great service and smile and give them jack shit. It feels great.
