Which player is hurting their team more this year?
?
Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

Byron Scott's hurting the Lakers about the same, if not more, than Kobe is right now.

Rose, the Bulls are actually trying to win

To be fair the thread title and question in the OP are 2 completely different questions. I was answering the one in the OP. I agree with you if you're answering the thread title question.wailuaFC wrote:Rose, the Bulls are actually trying to win

I didn't even read the poll haha, just saw the thread title and it seemed pretty obvious who was hurting their team more. Without kobe and Byron the lakers would be doomed to mediocrity but with them we can achieve a bottom 3 recordgaskill15 wrote:To be fair the thread title and question in the OP are 2 completely different questions. Something I've brought up before on this board that still confuses me: why the hell are the Bulls letting Rose play the way he's playing?
When it comes to Kobe, I get it. The guy is a legend who has always played the way he's played, and he works his ass off. I have never been a fan of Kobe's game, but no matter what you can't take his accomplishments and his work ethic away from him. They have a lame duck coach and a roster full of kids (Russell, Randle, Clarkson, Nance, etc.), an old crazy guy (MWP), and a 7 foot pussy (Hibbert). They weren't going to compete this year anyway, and when you consider who Kobe is I get why his play is allowed/tolerated/encouraged.
When it comes to Rose, I don't get it at all. The Bulls are a playoff team, and Rose hasn't been either healthy nor good for years now. Why in the hell is he being allowed to lead the team in shot attempts-- when he decides he wants to play-- despite the fact that he's shooting a horrific 35% from the field and 23% from 3? Why is he allowed to not play defense?
One would think that management, the coaching staff, and the other players on the freaking team would straighten his ass out, and if he's not willing to listen, he can ride the fucking pine. Kirk Hinrich might not be very good, but you can at least count on him to compete on defense and not chuck up 15-20 shots per game no matter how terrible his efficiency is.
I don't get it.
