Even McGrady looks skeptical in that pic.

No matter, I vote Ginobili again.

He also looks pretty happy to have 15 microphones in his face.

Mouse understands what a fragile little bitch you are so he capitalized your name to make you feel good about yourself.

I'm glad it worked.

I think it's interesting how there's what, maybe 5 guys on this list who I guess you could say "peaked" in the late 1970s/early 80s? I feel like there's considerable talent then we might be missing out on, instead trying to include oft-injured guys who gave us maybe 4-5 peak seasons in recent memory. Bernard King, Dan Issel, Artis Gilmore, Norm Nixon, Elvin Hayes, Adrian Dantley, John Drew, Jamaal Wilkes, & Mark Aguirre to name a few guys still omitted who had solid numbers post-merger yet we're trying to toss on 3rd wheel guys like Manu now.

Yeah, the late 70s/early 80s is a bit of dead-zone to a lot of fans IMO, especially once you get past the obvious names to the more 2nd and 3rd-tier star players.
Taking a break from the board. Please reference my last post for more details if you are interested.

I mentioned Adrian Dantley and Bernard King earlier in the project. It's fairly difficult to judge the players from that time frame because many of them:

1. lack portability
2. Lack hardware
3. lack individual achievements

While Manu appears as a 3rd wheel, his skillset along with his production per min makes a strong case for him to be in the conversation right now.

Outside of Christian Laettner (who doesn't count), there's only one member of the original Dream Team who has yet to make this list.

He averaged 18/4/4 over the course of his 13 year career-- during his prime, he averaged 25+ for 5 straight seasons.

My completely objective vote is for Chris Mullin.
