Damn, I didn't know you had an NBA Career

It appears that Dominique Wilkins has gotten lost in the project.

I don't think you're giving English enough credit, 1 scoring title, 9 top 10 finishes for ppg, 3 top 8 finishes (including #2 overall) for per. Reggie has insane win share numbers and his vorp was always pretty high, I noticed this when I was comparing him to mullin and despite mullin being better across the board in everything other then 3s, Miller had a substantial advantage (just like here vs English), I guess those stats weigh threes heavily

Yeah he actually has. He should be up before Reggie.

Then I nominate Wilkins and McGrady.

Both are, in my opinion, better scorers than English, and they actually did other things on the court too.

It should be noted that Reggie's Pacers got bounced out of the first round eight times in his career. Eleven times the Pacers couldn't even win 50 games (not including the '99 lockout). I just feel like a few playoff clutch moments plus his rivalry with the Bulls/Knicks kind of bolstered his legend a bit more than it really was.

Wilkins definitely should be on this list over Reggie.

Rob is losing his mind over Reggie Miller like Grizz over Walton or Abe over Isiah.

LOL
Taking a break from the board. Please reference my last post for more details if you are interested.

You think he's more deserving on this list than Wilkins?

Wilkins had more range for sure but it's highly debatable as to who the better scorer was.

I don't see how. For a 10 year stretch Nique averaged 28.0 PPG........English only hit that number 4 times (including a 27.9 season). Nique was a better rebounder. Nique made numerous more All-NBA teams. Nique was top 5 in the MVP vote 3 times to English's zero. Nique was 1st or 2nd in PPG 5 times. English has a sub-20 PER.

I really don't see how English is better than Nique in any way.

And McGrady was probably better than both.....at least at his peak.

No.

My rant began with Abe's "OMG....WTF" position on Reggie.

Got ya. I had forgotten about Nique until Y2's comment. He should definitely be on this list for voting right now.

When you quote somebody... you should use the actual quote. I didn't write that.
