Just double checked their roster.....that's definitely true.
TT (along with Shumpert and Della-whatever) saved LeBron and the Cavs in the playoffs... so this could be a HUGE loss for Cleveland, especially considering Love and irving can't be counted on to be healthy for the playoffs.
