There are rich areas too. But just about anybody can afford what you see in the video, and some of the lowest income areas look just like that throughout Texas, including the suburbs surrounding austin.

you know, part of me just thinks, people have to know now that cops dont messa round. you fight them, or show a weapon youre liable to get yourself killed. but if he had a knife and it was raised in the air, he didnt charge at the cop, the cop has to show restraint and a little bit of common sense. he was like 20 feet away from him and the mexican wasn't charging at him.
Body cams need to be installed and worn by every cop. If not throw the cop in jail. they cant be trusted
