Pay a living wage and most of those jobs wouldn't need to be on the list. Some NYC doormen make $30-40K.

if i get attitude from a bartender, like "oh we have a 20 dollar min. for credit cards" or if i get carded at a restaurant and im with a date, or if the sever/driver is a rude douche bag... YOU ARE NOT GETTING TIPPED! Period.

bartender sees im a regular chats me up even buys me drinks on occasion.. 30-50%

server is piss poor, lacking any skills, fucks up order, tries to be obnoxious, rude, douch... 0% no hesitation.

Tipped employees love me, I've been in their shoes and my mom was a career waitress so I always hook up whoever is waiting on me

Twenty3, how old are you? So you are not going to tip a waiter-waitress for doing her fucking job. Better yet, would you be willing to pay her-his fine and lost wages until he-she gets a job for not carding any person under age.

Actually I read just fine. Just need to learn to highlight. Your fucking post reads that you will not tip a person that cards you when you are with a date. Now explain that. Do tell. I have been ID in my 50's.

Absolutely... It's rude to card Someone my age... It's belittling... If someone looks like a teenager you card them... If they have grey hair and a stubble and with a date and they look like grown folks you don't card them unless you are trying to be obnoxious.

Obnoxious is a red flag in my book that you will be seeing a big fat ZERO on that tip line until you learn to treat your customers like adults

LOL. You do know that it might be a company policy. You are punishing a person for following company policy. And just how old are you? Grey hair don't mean shit.

Perhaps. Or you are thinned skinned. Roughly 6 years ago I was purchasing beer at a store at 20th and main in Joplin Mo. Young lady asked for ID. I asked the young lady if she thought I wasn't old enough to buy it, if I was young enough to ask her out. She saw my ID and said hell no. You are older than my dad. I turned her red in the face. I guess you should take it as a compliment.

Were you on a date? No.

But cool story, bro.

I follow just about all of that. I also usually tip my car washers a few bucks.
