Eh... Trump stuck his foot in his mouth. Big deal... our "career politicians" (including McCain) have made a career of doing the same thing.

The POINTS of emphasis here are clear:

- Trump recognized his mistake, and followed by saying that ALL in the military are heros (not just some "career politician" who is in the public eye).

- Trump is right that McCain is all talk / no action... again, that's the case with all these "career poliiticians".

- Trump is bringing to the forefront the issue of fixing Veterans' lagging health care system, no doubt pushed under the rug by the same "career politicians" who would rather defend some piece of shit illegal who kills innocent Americans.

This country is completely fucked up... at all levels. Trump may not be the "most qualified", but he's certainly no worse than any of these "career politicians" running for office.

I agree with Trump. Why are we celebrating bad soldiers? The military trains their personnel to: 1) NOT GET CAPTURED 2) NOT DIE. I would say completing half the mission was a bad thing. Let's celebrate the fighters who had success instead of glorifying failure
