It's harder to make X level of improvement when you are higher up the scale, but wouldn't Whiteside have the biggest proportionate improvement?
IDK the exact wording of the criteria though. A lot would depend on the specific criteria. Is it absolute improvement? Proportionate improvement? Some combination?
