The championship Bulls were pretty doggone good during MJ's baseball hiatus. But they weren't a championship team, or even Finals worthy.
If Miami make the Finals, not only without Lebron but actively against him, it's got to be a ding on his legacy. He's still a great player, but he's not in the same category as Jordan/Magic/Duncan/Bird/Kobe. Not as far as winning.

But the roster and roles the players play aren't exactly the same minus LeBron, so the question is worthless.Madnessssss wrote:well if a "great" player leaves a team and the team is exactly as good without him, maybe he wasnt so great?Jims_Doors wrote:No.....why consider to do so?

Well Miami isn't making the Finals, so that's a dumb question.
Regardless, LeBronze is barely a Top 50 player of all-time right now.

so I guess those coaches and gm's, amongst others, that select the top players of all time are all wrong--and your opinion is more accurate

He definitely goes down in my book. He's already started to go down due to how well my heat are doing without him this early in the season.
