Damn another steal for me.
With a "modest" 100 defensive ranking haha.

Couldn't believe they said at 35 his defense was that good.

Yeah, I noticed that too.

elmouse03 is on the clock. You have until 8:40pm ET.

By the way, my daughter is wanting me to read a chapter of Charlotte's Web to her. I'm going to be gone for about 20 minutes. If elmouse picks, someone please alert Bush. Thanks in advance.

Wow. That actually was a good pick. I can't believe his defensive rating was that high.

I wasn't really looking at the wings anyway, but I would have totally missed that if I had the chance to grab him.

And I'm going all Africa on the interior and picking Dikembe Mutombo (2002).

It was out of him, Alex English and Steve Nash for me. I decided that I am going to run every sucka out of the building instead of having a defensive anchor like Mutumbo.

PG: Moncrief
SG: Drexler
SF: Granger
PF: Hakeem
C: Mutumbo

Instant Offense: Pierce
Instant Defense: Jones

And Old Robert Parish. Pretty good balance to the team and a strong enough defensive core. It's tough when you are constrained within some of the rounds.

I am still willing to talk deals regarding my team. I would primarily be looking at something involving Granger, although Drexler and multi-player/team deals are on the table for almost any player on my team.

Starting Lineup is set:

C - Bill Walton
PF - Dwight Howard
SF - Larry Bird
SG - Toni Kukoc
PG - Steve Nash

Odom
Starks
Salley

Damn. 4 starters 6'9" or taller. 3 starters with 90+ rating on defense. Salley is a 97 off the bench.

[Note: Erving's ridiculous 100 rating on D was hard to ignore. But, so was 58% efg and assists up the wazoo from Nash. By the way, was that the season Larry Bird lit up Erving for 44 points? ahem... ahem...]

I think it is slanted because he had a pretty solid combination of steals plus blocks. Definitely a flaw. But hey, if you can exploit it....
