It was down to him and Aguirre for me. But I needed a guy who can play guard most.

I totally over-looked the fact that Aguirre came off the bench in the playoffs that year. I had the 11th pick so for me it cam down to 89 Johnson or 92 BJ Armstrong or 88 Mychal Thompson... but at the end of the day I just remember Vinnie coming up with a ton of big plays for the Bad Boys, so I went with him.

Now I have a back-court of 87 Dennis Johnson and Alvin Robertson, with 89 Vinnie Johnson providing some real firepower off the bench.

Yeah, I wish I had a better spot for this round.

I know exactly who I would take, but I am sure he will be gone by the 11th pick, especially with some of the good ones already gone.

On the plus side though, I will get (almost) first cut at picking the geezers in the next round. Yay!
Taking a break from the board. Please reference my last post for more details if you are interested.

Dave Twardzik was a PG for the 1977 Blazers.

He shot 61.2% from the field. His eFG% was 67.8%. Read that again... from a short PG. And had 2.4 stl in only about 24 mpg. I ALMOST drafted that guy super early. I needed somebody to offset McGrady's inefficient chucking.

Is that random generator thing busted or something?

I know it's early, but I'll leave this here so you guys can work on your draft boards. I'm going with 06 Mike Miller this round.

Hey don't do that because now Abe has to go and figure out what he is the best at. It's going to be a long search :P

For the next round I am going to select 93 Clifford Robinson.

Figure I'd give you guys an early heads up.

Well since we're picking early, put me down for 92 Detlef Schrempf with the 3rd pick for 6MOY

I gotta say, my team..................it's really, really bad.
