Olympics only, any year post-merger.

By the way, it might be helpful to keep a rolling tally of who has been picked/is off the board.
Look at post #2 on the first page of this thread.
It stretches across the screen on my laptop, so I can only see like 70 percent of the list.
Taking a break from the board. Please reference my last post for more details if you are interested.

Just for clarification say I would take somebody from the 2004 Olympics, that means I am selecting the 03-04 season for the player and not the 04-05 season, correct?

3rd to last pick in back-to-back rounds. Bummer...
Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

It's only fair that you could choose either one.

I have updated the draft and rules for round 3. It's in the 1st post. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Damn, my team is gonna be GREAT

D-Rose in MVP form attacking the paint, while I have a HOF Center in Ewing swatting everything the opponent brings in.

You do realize you aren't going to be going against regular teams, right?

I really hope Walton doesn't get fake injured. I have a feeling I fucked up that pick.

In real life, Walton 77 was super duper good.

I am almost positive injuries don't come into play here.

When I first signed up to whatifsports like 10-11 years ago, they had an exhibition league (trial) option.

Because the teams were capped by salary, and salary was directly correlated with games played, for my first teams I just picked a bunch of superstars who got injured in that particular year, so I could make the cap while having a bloated team. Injuries didn't come into play then.

My first real team had regular injuries though, but nothing too bad.

3rd pick this round? Nice.

All the games are simulated together. You set your players minutes once, that's it.

So no trades?
No lineup/rotation changes?

Since most of us know nothing about this simulation, is it possible to reassess everything about halfway through the season. For example, let's say I think Larry Bird can run SG or PF for me... I'd hate to waste an entire season only to learn that he does a lot better at SF only.

So our starting 5 will always be our starting 5? Does that mean not all 12 guys on the roster will play?
I think everyone has to play at least 1 minute per game

I don't think you can do that but I'm not sure

I would like to force the simulation thingy to let us do it.
