The Bulls had a chance to draft Karl Malone in 85. What kind of 2nd fiddle would he have been to MJ and how would he have done once MJ retired?

Jordan would've made Shaq a better player! That would be Jordan's team, in every way.

But that's an argument for another day. Because for the here and now, my point remains for the players rated #20 and beyond. Anyone of them would be #2 to Jordan, agree? So to say that Pippen is not an All Time Top 25 player because he was 2nd to Jordan is not a valid argument against Pippen. That's all I'm trying to establish this low in the Rankings.

See my Point? Agree? Disagree?

:?:
Shaq would have helped Jordan too, it's a 2-way street. I could easily see an offense where Shaq is the primary scoring option with Jordan being the 2nd option, or vice-versa. Could you imagine those 2 in the triangle with Phil as coach?

I agree that Pippen shouldn't be scorned for being 2nd fiddle and he will get his fair shake in the top 20, whether now or at 29 I think he belongs somewhere in the twenties. 6 rings as the 2nd best player, great all-around game, and arguably GOAT perimeter defender. That's one hell of a resume.

There's no doubt that, you give Jordan something he never had: A Dominate Low Post Player, like Shaq, and that would've made things ALOT easier for him! Team Jordan up with Shaq!!??? That would be SCARY!!!! lol!!!! Having a dominant center is a Luxury that Jordan never had, yet still won 6 Titles.

But that would be Jordan's team. Shaq didn't have the Drive that Jordan had. He didn't have the Leadership skills Jordan had. He wasn't the Player that Jordan was. That team would be Jordan's in every way.

As for Pippen, he IS a top 25 player All Time. Let's see if he gets the credit he deserves here, even if is at #25.

I really don't like Isiah at this spot. Did somebody make a better case for him over Wade? I don't see it. Statistically he's inferior and 3 rings is more than 2. Both played on stacked teams. I think some good arguments have been presented for Wade. Not so much for Isiah Thomas.

ROFL at Wade, he belongs nowhere near this point.

The list is already messed up with KoMe in the top 10, and LeBronze wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too high at 11.

How'd we get to the 63rd best player so quickly?

Fine. I will un-nominate Reggie. Replace him with the great Kwame Brown instead.

That is not what I'm saying at all, I'm just being reasonable here and truthful.

Wade is better across the board at everything except assists, and Wade is very very good there for a SG.

Look at those advanced stats. Wade is a good deal better than Thomas.

Isiah

The bulk of wade's success came in the terminally weak EC, and as a sidekick.
Jordan would have clowned Shaq continually about his FTs. Shaq would have continually whined that he didn't get passed to enough.
and anyone who doesn't think the league (especially the EC) was weak in the 90s is delusional.
