Btw how the fuck did I miss this. Would have loved to participate
Jordan was already picked and based on the rules here can't be selected again, at least I think.

This was a tough one, but I'll go with 92 Ewing.

Don't think you're supposed to pick this early. But that's cool.

Yawn. You don't intimidate anyone kiddo. Great pick though, you'll need someone to cover up the lane after Rose let's his man blow by.

Here is a link for reference, regarding who made the all-d teams.

It's not that big of a deal, but I wanted everyone to wait until tonight to make their picks so everyone has time to research, and this way people won't feel the need to check the board all day long. Last time we did this, it became very frustrating at times waiting hours upon hours for somebody to make a pick. I don't want people to feel obligated to do that again.

Hey, can we make trades in this league? Let's say I wanted to trade Bruce Bowen to TDK for Scottie Pippen... we can do that right?

So I checked out the Whatifsports site a bit. Finally. Some guys are ranked lower than I'd expect, especially with salary. I know the guys who played before will kinda know which players are under/overvalued... but for the rest of us... is it safe to assume that if they have a lower than expected salary that the simulations will reflect that?

Yes. Unless they missed huge chunks of the season or something like that.

So injuries do play a part, too. So if a guy was injured during one or two magical seasons... will he be hobbled during the simulation too?

You can probably guess one particular player I am thinking about...

I only think that is relevant in the regular (paid) simulation leagues, over the course of a full season, where those issues can take place.

If we are just simming individual games, probably not.

I'm not sure how injuries are factored in.

As a Bulls fan that was hilarious.

The one thing I'll appreciate about this thread is learning that Larry Hughes made 1st team all defense in 05.

So does that mean that you are gonna draft him?
