Got 2 more weeks left of this vacation. I've pretty much done nothing and been nowhere. During the summer the wife and I will head back Stateside (FL, GA, NC).

Next winter I'd like to make it to Indonesia.

Taking the family to Arizona next month to visit my 95 year old grandmother. My son is 18 and will be leaving home in August, and my brother who lives in Phx currently is moving to Seattle in April, so this is likely to be the last time the entire extended family are all gathered together in one place.
I'm looking forward to it, but I'm also already getting maudlin over it.

Living on South Padre Island, every day is vacation. Thats the beauty of it.. Theres no need to travel anywheres in the US. Unless you want to hit up the South Pacific or Caribbean.

The key is to relocate to a climate and area that you enjoy, then you don't have to spend money on vacations
