LeBron failed Wade in 2010, Wade failed LeBron in 2014...
...and they won 2 titles together in between.
So, all of the LeBron jock sniffers who blame Wade for last season, don't forget that the reason Wade doesn't have 4 titles and 2 finals MVP's is because LeBron choked against the Mavs.
LeBron learned how to play like a champion eventually, thanks to Wade.

You sound butthurt.
Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

Pretty sure without Lebron they aren't sniffing a title in 2011, actually.
Taking a break from the board. Please reference my last post for more details if you are interested.

We have seen Lebron with modest talent "sniff" at several titles.rileymartin wrote:Pretty sure without Wade they aren't either.Bush4Ever wrote:Pretty sure without Lebron they aren't sniffing a title in 2011, actually.
Wade? Not so much. Lebron was clearly more important to the bottom line than Wade.
Your attempt at equivalence is a failure.

LeBron was more important, no doubt about that. He was and is the best player on the planet. But, he needed Wade to win, and to teach him how to win. Wade's selfless acts in Miami propelled LeBron to heights he would have never achieved had he stayed in Cleveland.Bush4Ever wrote:We have seen Lebron with modest talent "sniff" at several titles.rileymartin wrote:Pretty sure without Wade they aren't either.Bush4Ever wrote:Pretty sure without Lebron they aren't sniffing a title in 2011, actually.

So, your thesis is Wade "taught Lebron how to win" ?rileymartin wrote:

That is without question. But, to another point, people blaming Wade for 2014 need to keep in mind that LeBron cost Wade a title too.Bush4Ever wrote:So, your thesis is Wade "taught Lebron how to win" ?rileymartin wrote:

You don't think a better explanation is simply that they hit shots and made plays in 2012 that they didn't make in 2011 in the Finals?rileymartin wrote:

Why did Wade wait so long to teach Lebron "how to win" ? Why wait a year and then flip that magical switch?
What *specifically* did Wade do to "teach" Lebron? What *specific* lessons, how were they administered, etc...?

For the record, I was NEVER upset about LeBron leaving. I am actually excited for Miami's future. Most teams would never recover from losing a major talent like LeBron. the Heat made it fucking happen.

"Miami, for me, has been almost like college for other kids. These past four years helped raise me into who I am. I became a better player and a better man. I learned from a franchise that had been where I wanted to go. I will always think of Miami as my second home. Without the experiences I had there, I wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing today."
