I'll bet Cleveland wished they drafted him.

They sure should....I understand they have/had young players at his position....They should have used them as currency and taken the talent(ODP) anyway...WiseGuy wrote:Jordan420Bulls wrote:WiseGuy wrote:

Re: Do you stand with Victor Oladipo?
I certainly don't think so.gainesvillejjstalker wrote:ROY.
Here are the per game stats from both players so far this season:
MCW / Oladipo
Points: 17.0 / 13.8
Assists: 6.6 / 4.0
Rebounds: 5.4 / 4.4
Steals: 2.2 / 1.6
Blocks: .6 / .7
Turnovers: 3.4 / 3.2
FG%: .397 / .413
FT%: .699 / .772
Defense: I say MCW is better but we can call this a wash.
MCW has Oladipo beat in points, assists, rebounds, and steals.
Oladipo is more efficient, has more blocks, and is slightly less turnover prone.
Edge goes to MCW.

As I just posted, Oladipo only averages a little under 3 minutes less per game.elartman1973 wrote:Oladipo isnt starting..if he were then his numbers would destroy mcw easilyPhutureDynasty wrote:I certainly don't think so.gainesvillejjstalker wrote:ROY.

Team situations aren't nearly as relevant in the voting as stats.gainesvillejjstalker wrote:Oladipo has Jameer Nelson on his team, a veteran PG that isn't done playing by a long shot. "Biggest Stud: How could I not give this to Michael Carter-Williams, the No. 11 pick of the 2013 Draft. It's not every season when a player picked below No. 10 grabs the nation's attention, but MCW has done just that, leading all rookies in scoring, rebounding and assists and is far and away the early leader for Rookie of the Year."

Re: Do you stand with Victor Oladipo?
I already mentioned Oladipo is more efficient but as of before this game their 3p% is the same at .296. It isn't MCW's fault Oladipo can't start on his own team and despite the fact that he doesn't start the disparity in minutes is 2.6 more for Carter-Williams. Not that much to explain the gap in stats in favor of MCW.gainesvillejjstalker wrote:You conveniently left off Oladipo having a better 3pt%, Oladipo playing less minutes, and Oladipo not starting a majority of the time.PhutureDynasty wrote:Post the stats for each player you believe I left out and explain how that makes a difference.gainesvillejjstalker wrote:
