Should Tyson of been the GOAT?

Watching some of the early Tyson fights from 19-early 20s under D'amato, Ive never seen a deadlier fighter. Winning 26 of his first 28 fights by KO. What if he kept that motivation throughout his career. Should he have been hands down GOAT?
