These tools are the one's that continually try to shit on today's NBA, and I've realized that it's mostly because the teams they root for are in the bottom 3-5 franchises of the past 2 decades. The Bulls and the Pistons are both WORSE franchises than THE TRAGIC during this time.

Since the 08-09 season, the Bulls/Pistons have combined for 4 playoff series wins (all by the Bulls). The Tragic, over the same time period, have 5 playoff series wins (but all of them in '09 and '10, lol).

If you make it just the past 10 seasons, all three teams have combined for 0 playoff series wins, and just 8 total playoff games won.

It's no wonder the goons from Shitcago and Detoilet hate on today's NBA. They have no other choice! At least Arty still blindly supports his team.


The Pistons and Magic are actually making improvements....but that sad franchise is Chiraq continues to be, at best, a team stuck in lottery purgatory.

TDK stopped watching the NBA in late 2019 (during the 2019-20 season) because of the NBA's massive push to go "woke"... and I haven't watched a game since then, sooooo it's got nothing to do with the Bulls' success or lack thereof, robTot.

And FTR my beef with the Modern Era is echoed by the NBA Commissioner, the NBA VP of Ops, and a plethora of both past AND "current" players/coaches who agree that it's never been easier to Score in the league than it is in the Modern Era, due to the rules in place heavily favoring Offenses.

I enjoy watching competitive games (ie; teams making a concerted effort to try and STOP the other team from Scoring as much a they try to Score themselves)... today's Modern Era, however, is like a glorified All Star game (as LeFraud himself even admitted), or a Harlem Globetrotter event.

They aren't my era dude. I was born in 1959. My era would be more like the 70s and 80s equivalent. I just go where the data takes me, even if people who want to believe that the latest always has to be the best (sometimes it is!) don't like it. Ruth hit more home runs by himself than a number of entire teams. Russell never lost, or virtually never lost, from high school, college and the NBA. If he didn't have that level of domination over such an extended period, I wouldn't consider him GOAT. But he does.

In my opinion, the level of domination over their era that both demonstrated has never come close to being replicated. Reasonable minds can differ, so I don't take offense when people disagree. But it is my opinion.

In hockey, I actually do have someone from "muh era" as GOAT. Bobby Orr is the greatest to ever lace them up and I was privileged to witness him, even though I hated the bastard because he played for the hated Bruins.

In football, I don't really have a GOAT, but for trolling purposes, I roll with Brady!
