Nah...it's a testament to how much he would have dominated the 90's.

In today's era he's still great, but he's also only seen the Conference Finals twice in 12 seasons. His flaws get exposed in the postseason.

He's not "still great", he's the BEST two-way player in the Modern Era, and has consistently been a Top 1-3-5 player overall in any given year... and remember, you fans (of the Modern Era) are adament that superstars in the 80's-90's wouldn't perform as good in this era because of the reliance on the 3-ball.

As proven, Giannis takes that theory and flushes it straight down the toilet... as do many other AS/HOF level players in this Era (ie; Butler, DeRozen, AD, Luka, etc., etc.). Hell, Russell Westbrook "averaged" a 26/10/10 Triple Double over a 5-year span (2017-21) yet he shot just 30% from long-range during that period.

Face facts: The Modern Era is nothing special. It's a glorified All Star game, as LeBron himself admits.

Giannis is a generational talent, and he would have disrupted the 80's & 90's completely. And he's a great regular season player now.....it simply hasn't translated to playoff success. He's won 8 playoff series in 12 years.

There's a plethora of All Star/HOF level players in the Modern Era who are below-average-to-bad from the 3-point line; again, dispelling the notion that stars from the 80's-90's wouldn't be as dominant in this era.

...and Giannis' individual stats are just as good or better in the Playoffs (vs. the regular season), so the fact that he hasn't had a ton of Playoff success (even though he only has one -1- fewer Championship than LeBron through their first 11 years in the league), is CLEARLY because of his tomato-can teammates.
