Cold shower every day I am in Calgary. I generally don't when I'm on vacation. Cold plunge is probably somewhere around 75 times a year? Used to be more.
In Calgary, the water gets cold-ish even in the summer. In the winter, it's an open reservoir so it gets extremely cold.
I've tried having cold showers in Phoenix. It's not possible. You can at best have a cool shower. Water just doesn't get cold, even in December.
