It's kind of funny, but Lebron was at 27/7/7 (rounded) for his career averages in his third year, and he's still at 27/8/7 (rounded) after his 21st season.
I was looking something up on Stockton for a RealGM post, and I noticed his PER was 23.2 in 1988. It stayed between 21.0 and 23.9 all the way through 2003 (his volume changed some of course).

30/5/5 seasons
Jordan: 6 in 13 full seasons
Oscar: 6 in 14 full seasons
LeFraud: 3 in 21 full seasons
at having to LOWER the bar that Oscar/MJ set, just so LeFraud has a chance.

You not having a substantive response isn't trolling, TDK, and no one on the board is fooled.
You don't respond and/or claim troll because you *can't* respond.
Pure, unadulterated FEAR.

Don’t know if it’s still true… but I read a few years back that despite having a 27-7-7 average Lebron has never had a game with 27-7-7.Bush4Ever. wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 11:56 am It's kind of funny, but Lebron was at 27/7/7 (rounded) for his career averages in his third year, and he's still at 27/8/7 (rounded) after his 21st season.

Some good punches have been landed by both fighters. TDK first on the defensive gathered himself and now has ring control after landing harder counter punches IMO. It’s still early and anything can still happen.Alex_Murphy wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:24 pmwow! that’s some ownage! i’m back on team jordan! so long that as everytime artman chimes in with an opinion on the debate that we label his response as uncertified, im good with thatlettherebehouse wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:08 pmthedangerouskitchen wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:01 pm 30/5/5 seasons

Wow, it's almost like the entire point was that you can manipulate the cutoffs to reach a pre-determined conclusion or something.thedangerouskitchen wrote: ↑Tue Sep 24, 2024 12:27 pm

Good job catching up.
Suffice it to say, 5 rebounds and assists a game isn't anything to scream at, exactly.
By my count, 17 players did that last year.
That's why 7/7 is a more reasonable cutoff (four players did it this year).
The gap between 27 ppg (six players) and 30 ppg (three players) is basically unimportant. Even extending it to 25 ppg puts it at 14 players.
So, 27/7/7 is the most reasonable cutoff. And we get:
Lebron: 12
Jordan: 1
Ouchie!
lol!

Exactly: To win.
LeFraud just doesn't measure up in that regard considering lots of guys put up great stats for long periods of time yet come up short in THE most important category.
In the case of Jordan you have a GOAT level player with respect to stats AND winning (and Defense as well). No one else can compare, especially not James.
These are irrefutable facts that some posters just can't handle.
"Today's NBA is soft, the Defense is weak, and the rules 'really' favor the Offense."
"Lebron doesn’t guard for a full game and our game plan was to get him to play defense and he left me open all game."

I’m fairly certain it’s one of the signs of the apocalypse if he ever puts up those numbers.
