There was no attempt and wanting Trump elected for revenge reason screams volumes why he has no business being president. He has no plan whatsoever and lives in the past while his opponent lives to make the future better. Something Trump is incapable of. Has no fuckibg idea how to accomplish nor does he even care to.
His only goal is to try to hurt other Americans who were right about him and he's triggered by it.
