I don't necessarily agree. He made it sound like there is only on way to end being a good QB....and that's to have a really long road of learning before you get to actually play. That was his path. Peyton Manning played right away and he struggled a lot his rookie year, but obviously figured it all out quickly. CJ Stroud was brilliant his rookie year. And I'm sure it's not because they dumb down the play book. You might need to do that for some...if the guy is literally a dummy and can't grasp the offense...then Brady's point stands and he maybe he should be sitting longer.

Each team has different situations. Brock Purdy goes to a good team and performs at a high level immediately. Daniel Jones goes to a bad Giants team and it's been a struggle for him. I tend to think if someone is going to be a really good player or a great player then it doesn't take long at all to show that....in any sport. You usually don't watch a guy struggle for 3 or 4 years and then go on to be a an all star or pro bowl player.
