I saw that shit and it was pretty humiliating. I’m not one of those “a real man doesn’t cry” weirdos… but you can’t cry during a fight promo wtf :laugh3:

Israel Adesanya is a bisexual, hyper-emotional/hyper-sexual weeb.

He's an outlier among MMA fighters.

Good win by DDP. Honestly I don’t really understand his style but it seems to work. Is he an elite striker? Nope. Kinda looks like he's just flailing around in there. Is he a world class grappler? Not quite. Just brute strengths the fuck outta people. Strangest fighter I’ve ever seen but he’s the undefeated champ so I guess it works. :noidea:

I love how boxing fans are all closeted MMA/UFC fans.

Just come out of the closet already

We’ve already gone over this. It’s funny because you don’t do drugs anymore, aren’t dealing with CTE because you aren’t a fighting man, but somehow have the memory of old man Stars. :laugh3:

I didn't get a chance to see anything from that card but I must admit I am surprised to see that Izzy lost. I didn't think DDP beat Sean to earn the belt and have not really been impressed by him much.

Styles make fights though.

After that card ended, Alex said he's willing to go back down to 185 one last time.

DDP is definitely unorthodox, but he can fight going forwards or backwards, and has reasonable competency at every distance of the game, which is still semi-rare in MMA.

But you beat Whittaker, Strickland, and Izzy....you have something, even if two of them are clearly in decline. That doesn't happen by accident.

Good fight too. I'm personally not a fight of weight-hopping back-and-forth. Then again, MW is empty AF up top for contenders so maybe it would be for the best. Strickland is probably going to be next though.
