I think I gave up after season 2 but I don’t recall. I have a hard time staying with a show. The Boys was the latest casualty of this… got like 3 seasons in and then just threw in the towel.

I'm debating whether to do three different binges for the three chunks, or just do one big one at the end.

I'm surprised they made it a longer season. I was thinking a half-a-season and wrap it up.

I don’t really splurge tv shows. Don’t wanna spend hours and hours watching something in one shot like that. Even a 2-3 hour movie is more than I can deal with sometimes.

I gave in and watched the first five episodes.

Definitely worth it (to me), but there is definitely some dumb shit mixed in (spoilers):

Daniel and Johnny having another sequence of prolonged conflict...AGAIN. Like holy shit, is it getting tedious at this point.

Kreese being out and about and moving across continents without detection. I understand it almost has to be that way, but still dumb.

The entire cave sequence was try-hard.

However....

All the information about Miyagi is extremely intriguing and could be awesome if done right.

Also, House's cousin Kwon should absolutely kick the shit out of MD's champion, whoever it ends up being. It's simply a different level.

I'm 50/50ish on the theory that....

Kreese killed Tory's mother to warp her head back into CK. I'm leaning towards no, but if he really is too far gone after the cave experience, it could fit I guess. But it almost becomes cartoonish super-villainy levels at that point. I'd prefer it being a coincidence and Kreese taking advantage of a random event...that's more reflective of reality.

Finally,

The music at the big reveal at the end of episode five was hilarious in its overly dramatic nature lol
